a quick note about our sponsor....

This blog is about my art, not my life, but Jeff deserves an exception. My art would not happen without him, without his unquestioning support. Not 'that's-a-nice-quilt-now-where's-my-supper' support, but a man who comes in the front door to face this.....

...and says, "oh, looks like it's coming along well. Shall I send for takeout or do you want me to cook?"  Even though it meant shooting ourselves in the foot financially, he said those famous words "Sweetie, the business is doing well enough. Why don't you quit your job and just do your art?" 

He really gets it. He understands that art is more important than cooking, than how the house looks, or if the laundry is done. I am a very very lucky artist, and wife.
