At a nearby construction site, work gloves are lost as carelessly as the lives we throw away in war. Each 'brick' in this piece tells of another disaster, with shrouded fingers standing in for the bodies.

Shelter may be the new homes constructed for the wealthy, or dilapidated buildings for the poor - or even the temporary shelter of an umbrella, or an overpass. The umbrella in this piece was found near this overpass.
Road Cloth was constructed with clothing found on my neighborhood streets. The gloves, shirts and umbrellas were sewn to digitally printed images of the places where they were found, stitching people and place together.
